Thank you for shopping at Deneshdepot. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms listed below. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly while protecting the integrity of our products and business operations.

1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 calendar days of the customer’s order delivery date. The 30-day window starts immediately after the tracking status shows “delivered”.
To qualify for a return:
  • The item must be in brand-new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be intact and included in the return package.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, scratches, stains, damage, or personal modification.
  • Return requests must be officially submitted and confirmed by our support team within the 30-day return window.
We reserve the right to reject any returned item that fails our inspection standards upon receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for quality reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects:
  • Clearance, discounted, flash sale, or promotional final-sale items
  • Personalized, custom-made, or engraved products
  • Hygiene-sensitive goods (including but not limited to beauty accessories, personal care items)
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Items damaged by improper use, accidental drop, water damage, or unauthorized modification

3. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may be discarded or returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.

Please include the following information in your email to speed up processing:
  • Your order number
  • Your registered email address
  • Item name/quantity you wish to return
  • Clear reason for return
  • Photos or videos of the item (for defective or damaged item claims)
Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions within 1–3 business days. All returned packages must be marked with the assigned RA number for identification.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Customer’s Responsibility for Shipping

For voluntary returns (change of mind, wrong order, no longer needed, incompatible size, etc.), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.

Our Responsibility for Shipping

We cover return shipping costs fully if the return is caused by our errors, including:
  • Received wrong items or incorrect quantities
  • Manufacturing defects, functional faults, or quality issues
  • Items damaged during transit
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your valid shipping cost after verification.

Return Shipping Guidelines

Please package items securely with protective materials to avoid transit damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return is fully processed. Lost return packages without valid tracking proof will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Refund Processing Rules

Inspection Period

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will confirm the return eligibility within 3–5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection approval. Please note that banks, credit card companies, or payment platforms may require additional processing time (up to 10 business days) to post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control.

Partial Refund Policy

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in the following situations:
  • Missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or gift items
  • Minor signs of use, dirt, or improper packaging damage
  • Incomplete return of order items

6. Defective & Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, faulty, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. We offer three solutions for verified defective items:
  • Full refund without returning the item (at our discretion)
  • Free replacement and covered return shipping
  • Partial refund as compensation
Claims submitted after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed approval.

7. Exchange Policy

We support product exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window. To apply for an exchange, please mark your request clearly in your support email. Exchange shipping rules follow the same shipping liability standards as returns. If the new item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.

8. Late Returns

Any return request submitted after 30 days of delivery will be automatically rejected, except for items with confirmed manufacturing defects covered by extended warranty instructions (if applicable).

9. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel unshipped orders for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer available, and customers will need to follow our standard return policy after receiving the package.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately after being posted on our website. The latest policy version always applies to all orders.
